As a 40th birthday present to myself, I decided to get the holes in my carpet (courtesy of my dog) fixed. I found Roland’s number and called for an estimate and was blown away by how much less expensive it would be than I was expecting. I called on a Thursday and he fit me in on that Saturday. Roland spent probably over 2 hours fixing 5 holes in the carpet and did such an amazing job that I can’t even tell where they were. It looks like brand new carpet again. I wish I had taken before an after pics. He also stuck to the same 1 hour of work quote even though he went way over that time. He cleaned up after himself and even vacuumed, AND looked at and tried to repair ANOTHER carpet issue we had (this one was too far gone). I am SO happy I found him and will absolutely never call anyone else for our carpet and flooring needs. I sent Roland on his way with a $50 tip and 2 boxes of Girl Scout cookies. Now I still have money for more birthday presents for myself thanks to Roland!!

Top notch quality and service is fantastic. What a great man and company to work with. I am new to MD and to Frederick and did not know who to go to, Roland was recommended and I hit the jackpot!!! I would recommend him to anybody. He goes above and beyond to accommodate you and work with your schedule and the flooring was done exactly when I asked for it to be done. I have never had this level of quality service before. I moved here from MA and cannot tell you how impressed I am with Thompson Flooring!!!! You cannot go wrong with this guy. Awesome job, thank you so much!!!!!

Thompson handled the installation of our porcelain tile for our kitchen remodel. Excellent communication, accommodated our schedule, provided insight and knowledge. Job turned out perfect, Robert was a pleasure to work with. Installers Chris and Richard have lots of experience and answered all of the questions throughout the installation process. We’re very happy with the finished product 😊
